Madison Beer & NFL Star Justin Herbert Spark Romance Buzz on Music Video Set

Justin Herbert and Madison Beer Spark Romance Buzz

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and singer Madison Beer are stirring up buzz that they could become the next highlight couple in the NFL.

After Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce brought their love story into the spotlight almost two years ago, and with Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld saying, “I do,” just this summer, fans can’t help but wonder if Justin and Madison could be following in their footsteps.

Herbert visited the set of Madison Beer’s new music video over the weekend, and the sight of the 6-foot-6 star standing beside Madison in her angel wings definitely turned heads. The production was in Hancock Park, where Madison spent the day in what looked like a floor-length nightshirt that still caught the summer light perfectly.

She wore a heart locket and a small heart ring, and during a break in filming, introduced Justin to the crew like a pro. When the cameras stopped rolling, they hopped into Justin’s car and drove off, leaving a trail of questions in the San Fernando Valley sun.

Madison Beer, 26, leaped to fame when Justin Bieber tweeted her YouTube cover, and she hasn’t looked back since. Now, with Herbert leading the Chargers, a duet—and maybe more—looks like a highlight that fans can’t wait to hear.

Madison Beer, who once dated TikTok star Nick Austin and briefly saw David Beckham’s son Brooklyn, has racked up 20.5 million followers on TikTok and 40.1 million on Instagram. The singer plans to drop her new album, MB3, later this year.

After Bieber gave her popularity a huge bump, she faced a shocking setback when a boy she liked leaked her private photos. Speaking to Cosmopolitan earlier this year, she explained that the kid who shared her videos when she was a teen reached out to her to apologize.

“He said, ‘I had no idea I hurt you like this. I’m so sorry,’” she recounted. Beer doesn’t believe he meant to be cruel; he was just a kid being a kid. The memory still hits hard—she first opened up about past suicide attempts in 2023—but she insists she’s learned to leave it behind.

“Sometimes you’ve got to just let it go,” she told the magazine. “I tried to go the other way and kill myself, and don’t get me wrong, I still have those moments.”

She said, “I needed to show everyone who doubted me that they were wrong. And I wanted to be the one who might help someone see a little bit of themselves in my story.”

“I believe the reason I’ve had to climb so many mountains—and why I’m still climbing—is that I’m tough enough to get to the top and then tell others how the view really looks.”

She added, “Being okay with it today doesn’t mean I ever asked for it. Mistreatment hurt, of course, but my real problem is with what the internet decided to say about me.”

Justin Herbert was the Chargers’ sixth overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He won the 2020 Offensive Rookie of the Year award and quickly carved out a name for himself.

He signed a monster five-year deal worth $262.5 million in 2023. Yet, in five NFL seasons, he’s only tasted the playoffs twice—partly because he shares his division with the powerhouse Kansas City Chiefs.
