Divorce Is Final: Emily Osment and Jack Anthony End Five-Month Union.
Emily Osment and Jack Anthony’s whirlwind marriage is now over—a judge gave the final say on September 8, just six months after she filed for divorce and five months after the couple said, “I do.”
The “Hannah Montana” star and the musician, born Jack Farina, exchanged vows last October, but Emily moved out about eight weeks after the wedding, according to court papers obtained by TMZ. In her divorce petition, she asked the court to end the marriage, calling for “irreconcilable differences.”

A prenup, filed along with the papers, sped up the case. The judge granted the divorce after the state’s six-month calendar for separations finished ticking. “The couple will remain friends and support each other,” the source said.
In a March interview, Osment opened up about her breakup, saying, “When you face any huge choice—whether it’s a toppy, relationship, or even a job—you have to stand squarely in that choice. In the end, it just didn’t stick.” The quote was emailed to the publication.

The couple kept things low-key. Mila first used the “official title” publicly in 2021 and walked the first red carpet as a couple a year later at the 2022 SAGs. Anthony cheered Osment on two years later at the November 2024 Killer Women of Comedy event, later catering a private surprise wedding.
Busy now, Osment just dropped a new project. On May 7 she popped up at the 2023 CBS Fest in a sculptural sleeveless top that twisted from a snowy white at the neckline into at inky black at the hem, plus black trousers. The sleek topknot and face-framing tendrils matched the outfit, serving up effortless elegance.
