Her boyfriend, Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs, arranged a show-stopping delivery of red Venus et Fleur roses shipped in on a New York City flatbed. Video clips show Cardi, who revealed her pregnancy with Diggs on CBS Mornings just the day before, stepping outside in a bathrobe while the truck rolls up. The massive box is wrapped with giant images of Cardi’s album cover and the catchy title in block letters for all to see.
The camera catches her jaw dropping in disbelief before she rushes forward for a thrilled hug. Stefon is right there, smiling and soaking in the moment, clearly happy to help Cardi celebrate the big milestone.
He didn’t stop there. Later that night, Diggs dropped a sweet comment on Cardi’s Instagram to cheer her on. “Proud of you for staying focused ❤️” the NFL star wrote, letting the world see just how much he admires her hustle.
In a couple of recent comments under her Instagram, Stefon Diggs teased, “Thinking of Spanish names.. right now 👨🏽🍼,” then added, “100% team boy 💙 😩🙏🏾.” The couple is clearly excited ahead of the birth of their first little one together.
Cardi appeared on CBS and said she’s “happy” and feels she’s “in a good space” while balancing a new album and tour. “I feel very strong… I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby,” she said. When talking about Diggs, she added he “makes me feel safe and very confident. He makes me feel very strong.”
The romance first caught attention back in October 2024, when DJ Akademiks mentioned on his YouTube that “Cardi B left Offset and got with Stefon Diggs.” Cardi gave their relationship a full launch in June 2025 on Instagram, posting a cozy yacht photo of them together and captioning it, “Chapter 5… Hello Chapter six.”
