Meet the Real-Life Partners of The Morning Show Cast 2025 (Including the Couple Who Met on Set!)
Jon Hamm and his wife, Anna Osceola, gave a sweet nod to their own “Mad Men” meet-cute when they tied the knot in 2023.
The Morning Show centers on the behind-the-scenes drama of anchors Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) and Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon). Off the screen, both actresses’ love stories are a little less tangled.
Since the series kicked off in 2019, Alex sparked up a flirtation with tech tycoon Paul Marks (portrayed by Hamm) while Bradley fell for fellow reporter Laura Peterson (Julianna Margulies). In reality, Aniston and Witherspoon have their own steamy real-life romances.
As of July 2025, Aniston is happily dating hypnotherapist Jim Curtis, who cheered for her when she walked the carpet in September 2025 for the show’s season 4 premiere. Meanwhile, Witherspoon has been swooning over German entrepreneur Oliver Haarmann.
Here’s everything to know about the real-life loves of The Morning Show cast.
1:Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis.

Jennifer Aniston usually keeps her romantic life under wraps, but in July 2025, PEOPLE confirmed she’s dating artist and therapist Curtis Matthews after the two were spotted enjoying a group getaway on a sun-drenched yacht in Spain, alongside friends Jason Bateman and wife Amanda Anka and comedian Amy Schumer.
A friend told the relationship remains low-key: “They are casually dating and having fun.” Aniston and Matthews were introduced by a close friend during a dinner party.
Matthews, who lists hypnotherapy and relationship coaching on his website, runs group classes and private sessions. He’s also the author of two well-received books: The Stimulati Experience, which provides guidance for overcoming life’s curveballs, and Shift, a workbook for breaking negative cycles.
A source close to Aniston says: “She’s been happy on her own, but she’s also open to sharing her life with someone—provided it feels right. Jen’s in a very good place right now: grounded, fulfilled, and very happy.” The insider adds that Matthews is “very different from anyone she’s dated before.”
The award-winning actress was previously married to Brad Pitt and to Justin Theroux.
2:Billy Crudup and Naomi Watts.

Billy Crudup, the star who plays network boss Cory Ellison, has been happily married to actress Naomi Watts since 2023.
The couple first crossed paths in 2009 during the 24 Hour Plays, a fast-paced event where actors and playwrights create and perform entire pieces in a single day. They didn’t become an item, however, until 2017, when they wrapped shooting the 2016 series Gypsy for Netflix.
In 2023 Watts surprised everyone by posting a snapshot from their courthouse ceremony, captioning it, “Hitched!” The shot showed the couple all smiles, bundled in light jackets.
Not long after, the duo jetted off to Mexico for a more formal ceremony on the beach, where they said their vows in front of friends and family.
Their love story took the spotlight again when Crudup won the 2024 Emmy for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for The Morning Show. He made the moment memorable by spotlighting Watts.
Watts is already the proud mom of son Sasha and daughter Kai from her long relationship with actor Liev Schreiber. Crudup, meanwhile, has a son, William Atticus Parker, from his earlier romance with Mary-Louise Parker.
3:Reese Witherspoon and Oliver Haarmann.

In September 2024, Reese Witherspoon was seen with Haarmann, a German banker who’s a minority partner with the New York Islanders. A friend said the vibe was “casual.”
Come July 2025, that “casual” label looked outdated. The pair was caught confirming headlines, sharing kisses and hugs poolside on a Saint-Tropez getaway.
Reese has tied the knot before, with Ryan Phillippe and Jim Toth. Her list of kiddos counts Ava and Deacon with Ryan, and Tennessee with Jim.
4:Karen Pittman and Ade Richardson.
Karen Pittman, the tough-as-nails producer from The Morning Show, reveals she’s a total romantic at heart. During an August 2024 visit to Today with Jenna and Hoda, she casually announced her engagement to director Ade Richardson, and the joy radiated from her. “He’s gorgeous!” she beamed, admitting their love story kicked off on a dating app. “I was very intentional. I knew what I wanted and I didn’t compromise, and he showed up.”
The news swept through the Morning Show family, and Greta Lee, who plays UBS’ network president, stepped up to make it truly special. “Greta threw us a surprise engagement party,” Pittman told later that September. “I was just blown away.” The actress summarized the vibe perfectly: “That’s what we’re on over there. Just really loving each other and supporting each other.”
5:Jon Hamm and Anna Osceola.

Hamm, who stars as billionaire Paul Marks, tied the knot with Anna Osceola in 2023.
The two first crossed paths on the set of Mad Men, with Osceola appearing in a cameo during the series finale. Rumors of romance started in 2020, and Hamm popped the question in February 2023.
The pair exchanged vows in a private ceremony in Big Sur, California, in June 2023—fitting, since that’s the same spot where their Mad Men alter egos first met.
The Emmy-winner once believed that marriage was highly unlikely for him, yet his bond with Osceola offered a fresh perspective. “I didn’t look at marriage as a thing. My parents, of course, weren’t married long, so I didn’t grow up with a model that suggested marriage leads to happiness. I just knew I wanted to be with her,” Hamm explained to The Hollywood Reporter in June 2024. “The moment I proposed, I was terrified. I was like, ‘What am I doing?’ ”
6:Greta Lee and Russ Armstrong.

Lee has been happily married to actor and writer Russ Armstrong since September 2014.
They first crossed paths at Northwestern University, where Lee majored in theater and loved getting laughs in skits and scene shops. Fast-out of the 2014 chapel, the duo soon doubled their collective stage credits by welcoming two tiny co-stars: Apollo Joosung in August 2016, and Raphael Joobaek in spring 2019.
“Having kids with someone feels like rolling the dice. You start dating in your 20s and never think, how’s my date at cardboard-rockets?” Russ joked in a candid 2023 Mother’s Day post, which he has since hidden from the public. “We all stink at parenting to start. Me too. But man, I think I’m the Lizzo of lottery winners with you, @thegreta. (Lotteries? Super icky, I guess. But tickets pay the field trip bus, right? Winwin.)”
They also share mom-and-pop responsibilities for a thrilling trio of free-roaming hens, a weekend hobby the pair cheekily detailed to Vogue.
